Dolphin Communities has a series of completed projects in various national and international locations. Examples of completed projects are scattered throughout Southern California; Central California; Vail Valley, Colorado; Northeastern Washington; Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; Bangkok, Thailand and Golfito, Costa Rica.

There are additional in progress, long term projects in Southern California and Northeastern Washington. Dolphin Communities continues to look for new and exciting projects in Asia. Specifically, the company is interested in China, Indonesia and Thailand.

During the past two years I have been looking at the two most desirable cities for real estate investments. Even though you may be prepared to consider the international market as a profitable asset for your real estate portfolio, not everyone can travel everywhere.Therefore, today I will show a couple of snapshots of Asian real estate trends.

From experience,it is impossible to hit a bull’s eye in one visit.So to get the right feel, I personally visited Bangkok and Valley twice this year. I have talked to real estate investors who have lived many years in these cities as well as real estate agent and local residents.In other words, I have done most of the footwork so you can make informed decisions on some of the ideas that I have discovered while exploring these cities for their real estate potential.

Discovering Bangkok,Thailand
This city has turned into quite a jewel in the last few years.Due to the addition of the Sky Train and Subway for public transit,great food,tourism, and the brisk economy makes Bangkok the city on the move. I think the best oppurtunity here is in the residential market. There are just a few residential properties on the edge of high end development that are poised for appreciation. Some investors have already seen double digit returns for investments in the right locations. I expect this market to maintain its momentum for at least another two years. I am planning another research trip in April of next year. Let me know if you are interested.

Education dynamics between the sister cities of Riverside and Jiangmen have created a very special relationship.
My contact here, Dr. Jang is known in the best networks as a person in good standing. Not too many Caucasians here and so far this part of China is relatively undiscovered by the Aussies, Yanks, and Euros. The people are welcoming and some do speak English. However, if you do not know Mandarin, language can be issue so having an interpreter adds so much to the experience.

The food is not fatty and has lots of vitamins and minerals in it and the average lunch or dinner is at least 10 courses.
Lots of fresh fruit and very few sugary sweets. Service is way up there, actually off the planet. Business is growing fast. Most everything is very affordable.There are at least five construction cranes that I can see from my hotel window. Construction projects are so abundant it feels like a boomtown, especially compared to the good ole USA
these days. The speculators that think out of the box will be rewarded accordingly. Well I am a slow writer and now it’s 7:30 am and I have to get to another meeting. More later.
